VIPER POWER KEY

The Viper Power Key was designed and is manufactured in house by our very own Engineering Director Steve Jenkinson and his team. It has completed over 200 releases to date so we are very confident that the 'Power Key' works extremely well when used correctly.

Typically the 'Power Key' is suited for 2" - 12" gate valves with direct stem or hand wheel operation. The 'Power Key' is supplied with a heavy duty carry case and comes with full training on correct usage on handover of purchase.

'Power Key' 2" - 12" valve release system. A hybrid valve key that works on the same under pressure valve release principles as our larger release systems and technologies. The specialised bespoke rotary impact facility is incorporated within and provides in excess of 1000NM.

This modular, user friendly release key is three part self assembly with weights and weighing 15kg, is suited to a single man operation. The 'Power Key' is recommended to release seized and in-operable valves up to 12". This system is designed to be used as a first option after failure to open/close a valve using the standard valve operating key.
