Our theory is proven and is conducted under pressure and without any disruption to the service or network. Working on 2" - 96" our team have an armoury of industry specific high-tech equipment, including no dig technology.
We also use direct modular, actuated, hydraulic and ultra-sonic release systems. Our engineers are specialists in this field and conduct this procedure with thorough risk assessments and with supply considerations.
Our systems also support rapid response events and emergencies, where the valve fails to close or isolate the line. We can provide critical urgent line isolation for our clients.
Valve Release Systems
Lightweight modular Release Systems and hybrid valve release key that works on the same under pressure valve release principles as our larger release systems and technologies.
The specialised bespoke rotary impact facility is incorporated within and provides in excess of 1000NM – 6000NM.
The modular nature, user friendly release key a three-part self-assembly with weights and additional adapter dollies, weighing 15kg, suited to a single man Operation. The release systems are recommended to release seized and inoperable valves up to 2” – 96”.
The above ground release key system is designed to be used as a first option after the failure to open / close a valve using a standard valve operating key.
