Under Pressure Repack: Injection Process
Helping to eliminate customer and supply interruptions we pride ourselves on our under pressure valve repair services. With an "always on" ethos our team support major companies with leakage repair services.
Supporting companies for as long as we have has enabled us to develop an under pressure valve injection process that works up to 25bar.
Our unrivalled procedures use bespoke, tailor made stainless steel support fittings and under pressure repacking equipment. These procedures are carried out on 3" - 96" valves and a full seal is guaranteed.
Under Pressure: Gasket Replacement
If you have leaking valves then look no further. When the valve bonnet flange is leaking an under pressure gasket replacement can be completed.
Our senior engineering team have developed and enhanced our own modular, adjustable flange and bonnet clamp to enable our technical team to remove damaged gaskets and fit a new gasket under pressure, working up to 8 bar pressure/flow.
Our team are highly skilled with years of industry experience with a full seal guaranteed. Our procedure has supported major water mains without the need to turn off support and cause customer interruptions, supporting our "always on" ethos.
Under Pressure: Drill & Scoping
Developed by our engineering department we offer a drilling and scoping services to support our clients to manage their networks. Typically we are engaged for high risk critical clean water trunk mains or water treatment works assets.
Our technology and system's allows to see the valve internals, support and confirm the isolation's and proves valve internal positions and condition. The technology provides supporting pictures and videos detailing our findings and is sent with a completion engineering report.
Our rigid endoscopes can see both forward direction of 105 degree projection and 90 degree directional viewing. Our system is operational to 16 bar and our procedure is completed under pressure. No system shut down, no risk to water quality, no valve operation required.
